BRIEF

To create an outdoor performance area for a primary school.

SOLUTION

Construction of grass amphitheatre and all weather performance circle. The amphitheatre was constructed using all the waste building material and rubble collected on site, and the spoil produced from the construction of a new all-weather nature trail and exercise track. This consumed approximately 800tons of material that would have otherwise have gone to landfill at an approximate cost of £70,000, thereby saving the school approximately £60,000 and at the same time providing a great performance area for the children.
